Is ₹2,999 a DPIIT government fee?
₹2,999 is Devansh’s assistance fee. The Ministry does not charge a fee for DPIIT Startup Recognition.
Can a sole proprietorship apply for DPIIT recognition?
The Startup India recognition criteria list Private Limited Companies, registered Partnership Firms, LLPs and Cooperative Societies. A sole proprietorship is not in that listed set.
What documents should I keep ready?
Keep the incorporation/registration certificate, entity details, authorised representative information and material that explains the startup’s innovation, improvement or scalability.
Can you apply in your own name for my startup?
The application should be filed by the startup using its own details, mobile number and email. Devansh can assist with preparation and organisation.
Is recognition guaranteed if the documents are complete?
No. Eligibility and the final recognition are determined through the official process.
