Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No online payment on this website

This website does not currently process online payments. Payment arrangements are handled manually through WhatsApp or another agreed channel.

2. Cancellation before work starts

If you request cancellation before work has started, contact Devansh as soon as possible. Any refund of an agreed service payment will be assessed based on whether work or third-party costs have already been incurred and any terms confirmed before the engagement.

3. After work has started

Once substantial service work has started, the completed portion of the service is generally not refundable, except where otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

4. Government and third-party charges

Government, platform, certificate, advertising, domain, hosting, or other third-party charges are separate where applicable. Any refund of such charges depends on the relevant authority or provider and is not controlled by Devansh.

5. Client delays or missing information

If work is delayed because required information, documents, approvals, or responses are not provided, cancellation or rescheduling may affect the amount refundable, based on work already performed and costs incurred.

6. Services that cannot proceed

If a requested service cannot lawfully or practically proceed because the client is ineligible, the authority rejects the application, required information cannot be verified, or a third-party system prevents processing, Devansh will explain the position. An authority rejection does not by itself mean that Devansh’s completed assistance work is refundable.

7. Errors or service issues

If you believe there is an error in the service delivered, contact Devansh promptly with the details so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer or other laws.
